You will need: 

 

Hat: around 150 metres or 165 yards of worsted weight yarn in colour A

 

Scarf: around 185 metres or 200 yards of worsted weight yarn in colour A and 215 metres or 235 yards of worsted weight yarn in colour B

 

Mittens: around 37 metres or 40 yards of worsted weight yarn in colour A and B (74 metres or 80 yards total)
