Sometimes, simple is best! This sweater is meant to become the staple in your wardrobe and possibly your entire family. It is a simple top-down raglan sweater, knit in the round on 4 mm / US 6 circular needle using DK yarn.

    You will need: Approximately 832 (894, 1018, 1165, 1333, 1586, 1862) metres / 910 (977, 1113, 1274, 1457, 1734, 2036) yards of DK weight yarn

     

    ​Sample shown in Holst Garn Noble held double (so double the yarn requirement above), colour ‘Cider’

     

    ​4 mm / US 6 circular needle and DPNs (adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge)

     

    3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle and DPNs

     

    ​Tapestry needle, 4 stitch markers, waste yarn or stitch holders to place the sleeve sts on hold

  • Sizes

    XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL)/ approx. 83 (87, 94.5, 105, 116, 129.5, 143) cm / 32.75 (34.25, 37.25, 41.25, 45.75, 51, 56.25) inches finished circumference at the bust.

     

    ​I suggest to choose a size with 2.5 cm / 1 inch to 10 cm / 4 inches of positive ease. The pattern includes schematics to help you determine a size.
