Scalloped Shorties

These cute little short socks are worked cuff top-down. The lace pattern creates a pretty scalloped edge around the ankles. They have a heel flap and a gusset.
The pattern has been written for the magic loop method. The pattern includes written instructions and a chart (for the top of the foot only).

Approximately 180 (200, 215, 225) m / 197 (217, 235, 246) yards of fingering weight yarn – note that this amount will vary depending on the length of foot that you knit.

1 (2, 3, 4) to fit a foot measuring 19.5 (21.5, 23, 24) cm / 7.75 (8.5, 9, 9.5) inches in circumference around the widest part of the foot.
**FINISHED MEASUREMENTS**
17 (19, 20, 21.5) cm / 6.75 (7.5, 8, 8.5) inches in circumference around the foot, unstretched. Recommended fit is 2.5 cm/1 inch of negative ease.
